Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form (Name, email and website) over the visitor’s IP address and the brows

er’s user agent string to facilitate the detection of spam. An anonymized string created from your email address (otherwise known as hash) can be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. After approving your comment, your profile picture (if you have one) is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images that include embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Website visitors can download and extract any position data from the images on the website. In case you are not an admin user you have no chance to post images on our website, even within the comments.

Contact form

On our website we use a contact form. The data entered in this contact form (name and email) will be used for the sole purpose necessary to respond to requests sent to us. The information provided will not be communicated to third parties in any way.

For how long we keep your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are kept indefinitely. This is how we can automatically recognize and approve any subsequent comments instead of keeping them in a moderation queue.
